When is embroidery a good option over printing
Embroidery offers a more prestigious looking and harder wearing decorative solution. With these two reasons in mind, this means an embroidered logo is often better in the following circumstances; On outside workwear when the garments will be washed frequently. For catering wear and kitchen wear. These garments become soiled and stained every day requiring frequent hot washing. When your staff are ‘customer facing’ and you need to be making the right impression with your business identity. You may be buying polo shirts or smart office shirts. On Fleeces or knitwear. It is not possible to print on the fluffy surface of a fleece or loose knitwear. On caps. It is possible to print onto caps but we feel that embroidery always works better.

Things you should know about screen printing
With screen printing, only one color can be applied at a time. Therefore, the number of colors on a t-shirt is limited, and each color requires more time, another screen and stencil, and ultimately, more money. That’s why screen printing is a good choice for simple designs with one solid color, and when you’re making many t-shirts of the same design at a time (eg. for a sports team, summer camp, or event)

•  Qualified staff with over 8 years experience
•  Strict quality control
•  Capable of producing up to 1000 imprints per hour
•  Oversized printing capabilities
•  Special effects printing
•  Environmentally friendly inks
•  Custom Pantone™ color matching
•  Ecologically and socially responsible production practices

3d Foam Puff

3D Foam (3D Puff) is a technique where foam is inserted under the top stitch to raise the surface, giving a three-dimensional look to your embroidery designs. The 3D foam effect is commonly used on garments that don’t require much washing. Apparel like caps, jackets and other outerwear are pieces that are best suited for this tech.

Metallic Thread

Metallic Threading: To be a true metal, the greatest percentage of the thread must be either a metal or a metal compound. The term "metallic" is correctly applied to those threads that appear to be made of metal, but which are actually composed of a synthetic material such as polyester.

Flat Embroidery

Flat embroidery is the most common embroidery used, it is where the decorative stitch is applied directly to the cap fabric creating a flat design. Flat embroidery can be used for the most intricate and detailed designs without distorting the image which makes it the most popular choice for embellishment.
